What is the turnaround time for orders with personalization?

Approximately 3 weeks, but we will always aim to get your order out ASAP!

What is your policy on returns, exchanges and refunds?

Each item is made to order. Due to the nature of the monogram business, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please be sure to proofread all spelling and selections. 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you have something in mind you don't see on our site, email us (hello@ccstitchco.com) & we'll let you know if it's doable.
