Each item is made to order. Due to the nature of the monogram business, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please be sure to proofread all spelling and selections.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
